Terms Entered in Search Tools
A name, county, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Worth County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy terms govern its receipt and use of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or contact-form message, we retain the message and reply details as needed to answer it. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Technical Details Collected Automatically
Like most sites, the service may receive routine technical and usage data when a page loads. That data can include:
- The device's Internet Protocol address

- Device category and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent on them
- The referring page or site, when supplied
