Worth County Scheduled and Actual Release
A projected or scheduled date is a calculation based on sentence information and the rules that apply at that point. An actual release date is an operational fact recorded after a named prison or jail changes the person's custody status. Missouri's documented DOC data does not use a generic public field called “projected release date.” It defines Sentence-I Minimum Release Date and Sentence Maximum Release Date. The first is a calculated sentence field; the second is expiration-oriented. Neither one, standing alone, proves a gate release.
Scheduled vs Actual Release. Treat DOC minimum and maximum dates as sentence calculations until the physical custodian confirms the completed exit.
A Worth County pretrial detainee presents a different problem. No sentence has yet supplied a prison calculation. A bond order, recognizance release, dismissal, time-served ruling, or later commitment may change custody, but staff still must process the order and check for other holds. In Worth County, the physical boarding jail is not established by an official online source. The sheriff should first identify which jail held the person and which agency owns the release sheet.
Find a Worth County Inmate Release Date
The right lookup path turns on whether the person is in a Missouri prison, held through a Worth County booking, or already under DOC supervision. The stable source for Missouri field meanings is the DOC Sunshine data layout, not an assumed label from a CAPTCHA-protected result. Its sentence records can include the minimum and maximum release dates, sentence date, sentence length, concurrent or consecutive indicator, assigned place, institution or field indicator, and completed flag. The county code WORT ties a sentence or cause to Worth County, but it does not mean the person was physically confined in Worth County.

Worth County Conditional Release Calculations
Missouri §558.011 divides certain eligible term-of-years felony sentences between a prison portion and a conditional-release term. For terms of nine years or less, the conditional portion is generally one-third. For terms greater than nine through fifteen years, it is generally three years. For terms over fifteen years, it is generally five years. These are statutory framework figures, not a calculator that can be applied without the offense, exclusions, sentence rows, and current Board action.
Conditional release is supervised by the Division of Probation and Parole. It is not the same as final discharge. The Missouri Parole Board can extend the conditional-release date after the institutional-violation process described in §558.011.5, potentially through the entire sentence. Dangerous-felony and repeat-remand provisions also matter. A date once calculated for a Worth County sentence can therefore change before the person leaves prison.

Worth County 85-Percent Release Claims
The broad claim that every Missouri prisoner serves 85 percent is wrong. Section 558.019.3 applies an 85 percent minimum prison term to a dangerous-felony offender, with the statute's age-seventy and forty-percent alternative. For listed non-dangerous felonies involving prior DOC commitments, subsection 2 uses different minimums: forty percent after one prior commitment, fifty percent after two, and eighty percent after three or more, each subject to statutory qualifications.
A minimum prison term controls eligibility for parole, conditional release, or another form of early release. Eligibility does not compel release. The Board still exercises discretion where parole is involved, and consecutive terms, statutory exclusions, or other cases can affect the result. No percentage should be applied to a Worth County person's sentence from the charge name alone.

Worth County Earned Compliance Is Not Good Time
Missouri Earned Compliance Credit under §217.703 is frequently placed in the wrong calculation. It applies to eligible people already serving probation, parole, or conditional release in the community. A compliant client may receive thirty days of supervision reduction for each full compliant calendar month, subject to offense exclusions, court authority, restitution-related conditions, at least two years of supervision, and other statutory terms.
That credit can move the final discharge from community supervision. It does not reduce the prison portion or predict the day a person leaves a prison gate. Worth County belongs to DOC District 1, and District 1S in Maryville handles local community supervision routing. Questions about a credit total or discharge estimate belong with the assigned officer, not the Worth County sheriff or a county jail.
Why Worth County Release Dates Change
A date can move because the underlying sentence information or the legal authority for release changes. Other times, the calculated date stays the same while a separate hold prevents community release. The table separates those effects so a Worth County reader knows which office must verify the event.

When sources conflict, keep the exact label and as-of time from each system. A court order supplies legal authority, but the jail still records physical processing. MOVANS supplies a reporting-system status. DOC supplies sentence and supervision data. These records complement one another, but they should not be treated as interchangeable proof.
Worth County Jail-Sentence Release Dates
Do not apply the DOC conditional-release fractions or the 85-percent rule automatically to a Worth County jail stay. A definite county sentence, pretrial bond release, time-served disposition, and commitment to DOC follow different paths. Research found no Worth-specific county good-time method, weekend-release law application, or written local release schedule. Those gaps must remain visible.

Nodaway County Jail is a nearby jail with a current-inmates page, but no official source proves a standing Worth-Nodaway boarding agreement. Use Nodaway only when the sheriff, court record, or booking document identifies it as the actual custodian. Its current list is not a release archive. The release entry, not a missing name, should establish when and why that custody ended.
Worth County Minimum Dates Can Move
Missouri's calculation quirks converge in one important local rule: a DOC minimum release date is never a guarantee. Section 558.011.5 permits extension of an eligible conditional-release date after the statutory violation process. Section 558.019 applies different minimum-term percentages to different offender and prior-commitment circumstances. Several concurrent or consecutive sentence rows can interact, and detainers or later decisions may change what occurs at the apparent date.
Compute cautiously by identifying every sentence row, whether the terms run together or in sequence, the controlling conviction and prior-commitment rules, any Board action, and any other case or hold. Then distinguish the minimum eligibility point from the maximum or expiration field. Publish the result only as a calculation until the prison confirms departure. Confirm a Worth County Release Date
